GoodDocFlow Java based WorkFlow and DocFlow engine

Changes:

• Bug fixing.
• Communication client was reworked to support JSF-based approach
• Diagnosis flow to demonstrate "Link" between 2 flow.

Known limitations and issues:

• Not supported swing client
• In web client not supported: Boolean field,File (in edit mode), Date field
• On server side not supported HibernateDataSource
• Not stable hot-deployment
• Improve UI for Content Management Form
• Remote web-client support
